The Company is formed with your details in place from the outset, there will be no mention of anyone other than your Director(s), Company Secretary and Shareholders in any of the Documents submitted to Companies House.

You must provide the relevant information prior to the company being formed.

You choose how many shares your new company will have ( £100, £10,000 etc ) and how many shares each shareholder will be taking, you do not have to issue all the shares, 1 per shareholder will often suffice, if your unsure about this aspect, we'd be pleased to advise.

This type of formation, much preferred by Banks can be completed very quickly ( quite often same day ) as there is no need to change over Director(s) / Secretary, no 1st meeting to be held and no transfer of shares neccessary.

Included in the price are 2 copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, 3 copies of the Mem & Arts, printed / binded and all relevant documents sent by 1st class post.
